There may be many types of candles but note that basic candle making techniques are the same. The following are the basic candle making techniques that you should know.  To perfect the candles, it certainly involves a lot of experiments and testing. For first timers, we advise that you should keep track of the steps you take so that you won’t make the same mistake again. These are things such as the quantity of the product used and tracking time for cooling and addition of materials into the mixture. Also, observed the imperfections such as air bubbles, cracks and discolouration that form on the candles when cooling. As for the intensity of the scents, clear observation should be done during the tests. This ensures that it does not lose its scent as soon as it’s burnt. Note that testing and experiments should be done in small batches so that you don’t have to spend so much on candles that don’t make the mark.
